About the team :
Our Chassis team is one of the leading teams in the smart car industry, known for its exceptional capabilities and expertise in the smart car field. With a strong focus on innovation and cutting-edge research, we have established ourselves as pioneers in the area of chassis by wire.

Duties and responsibilities :
- Responsible for the system requirement development and software architecture design of the full active suspension;
- Responsible for the development and simulation validation of core control algorithms for the full active suspension, including body control and synergistic height adjustment control;
- Responsible for the unit test of the developed software, as well as the preparation of related design and development documents;
- Cooperate with chassis VD tuning engineers in parameter tunning and algorithm iterations, ensuring high quality overall performance delivery.
Requirements:
Education/Experience
- 10+ years of experience in suspension control field with excellency in automotive design theories and practices.
Knowledge
- Proficiency in MBD for embedded systems and corresponding programming tools (Matlab/Simulink, C, Tasking, etc.) with a good programming style;
- Strong background in modern and/or classical control theory, with good knowledge in MPC, LQ, ILC and other commonly used active suspension control algorithms;
- Fluent English (oral and writing) is mandatory.
