About the team
The Intelligent Chassis Forward‑Looking Technology Team is a technological research, development and innovation team within the Intelligent Chassis Team. The Forward‑Looking Technology Team focuses on the research and development of next‑generation AI chassis technologies. Through the integration and innovation of cutting‑edge technologies such as multi‑sensor fusion, vehicle‑cloud collaboration, and large models, it brings subversive dynamic driving experiences to intelligent vehicles and continuously leads the development of global intelligent chassis technologies.

Responsibilities
Responsible for one or more of the following:
- Development of preview front‑end algorithms, using perception devices such as LiDAR and cameras, combined with sensor fusion algorithms to obtain information such as road elevation and road features for the chassis;
- Use of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch to build and train large models for intelligent chassis control, realize fine‑tuning of VLA large models, and support adaptive decision‑making and control of the chassis;
- Development of vehicle‑road‑cloud integrated adaptive control algorithms, and optimization of the performance of chassis control in combination with environmental feature maps.
Requirements
Education / Experience
- Master\’s/PhD in Computer Science, Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, and Artificial Intelligence.
Knowledge
- Solid foundation in computer science and control theory, familiar with algorithms related to image processing and sensor fusion;
- Solid foundation in control theory and vehicle dynamics theory;
- Familiar with the application of large models and reinforcement learning algorithms.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in C++ and Python, with good software development and debugging skills;
- Familiar with algorithm tools such as AI‑based semantic recognition algorithms commonly used in image processing;
- Self‑motivated, good at learning, proactive, and creative.
