As a core supporter of our team, you will help management translate our corporate vision into actionable people practices:
Strategic Alignment & Organizational Development:
Deeply understand business needs to help formulate and implement talent strategies aligned with organizational goals. Provide professional insights and support in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational change.
Full-Cycle Talent Experience:
Lead the recruitment and selection of key roles. Optimize the entire employee journey from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring every interaction reflects our company’s values and warmth.
Performance & Growth Enablement:
Drive the continuous optimization of our performance management system. Assist managers with goal setting and coaching, and build diverse learning and development platforms to unlock team potential.
Compensation & Benefits Management:
Collaborate on designing a market-competitive and internally equitable compensation and benefits framework, ensuring incentives are closely tied to employee contributions and the company’s long-term interests.
Employee Relations & Culture Shaping:
Act as a bridge between employees and management. Handle employee relations matters with empathy and professionalism; plan and drive cultural initiatives to foster high engagement and psychological safety.
Compliance & Process Optimization:
Ensure all HR practices strictly comply with Austrian labor laws and internal policies, while continuously driving the digitalization and efficiency of HR processes.
What We Are Looking For
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., in compensation design, change management, or mediation) are highly preferred.
Experience:
5+ years of comprehensive HR management or HR Business Partner experience. Prior experience in highly regulated industries and a strong understanding of Austrian labor law are highly preferred.

Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and drive consensus across diverse backgrounds.
Sharp business acumen and problem-solving skills, capable of providing constructive solutions in complex situations.
High sense of responsibility and confidentiality, treating every matter with professionalism and empathy.
Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken). Proficiency in mainstream HRIS and collaboration tools is required.
