ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliYou make sure to understand customers and market requirements for diesel gensets /liliYou define the product strategy and product roadmap /liliYou conduct business cases and profitability analyses /liliYou analyze the market and the competition within the diesel genset segment /liliYou manage requirements and ensure that the product fulfills them /liliYou ensure the success of the assigned product group throughout its entire life cycle in a matrix organization /liliYou ensure the long- and short-term profitability of the product group /liliYou manage the product portfolio and product variants /liliYou track all relevant product KPIs (financial, quality, delivery performance) and work to improve them /liliYou proactively monitor and participate in industry events related to diesel power generation to identify and leverage new developments /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliYou hold a university degree in Engineering with good commercial understanding or in Commercial with good technical understanding /liliYou have more than 5 years of experience in product management and/or business development within the Genset industry /liliYou possess strong industry knowledge and hands-on experience with diesel engines Gensets /liliYou have an excellent command of English and German (B2), while knowledge of French is considered as an asset /liliYou have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project /liliYou are recognized for your strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset /liliYour enthusiastic and open personality, combined with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, set you apart /liliYou are resilient and assertive in your approach /li /ulh3Our Offer /h3pCan we inspire you to take on a responsible position in a dynamic and independent family business?
