As Head of Cyber Security Consulting, you lead the consulting unit and shape the cybersecurity strategy in a global context. You guide a team of architects and engineers, advise divisions on best practices, and deliver IT, OT, and Product Security solutions. This role focuses on risk assessment, architecture reviews, and designing secure solutions while pursuing new business opportunities. You will drive transformation through strategic oversight and stakeholder engagement.

- Lead internal and external consulting teams to deliver value
- Develop and execute the cybersecurity consulting strategy
- Mentor cybersecurity architects and engineers
- Advise divisions on cybersecurity standards and regulations
- Develop customized cybersecurity solutions for IT, OT, and Product Security
- Deliver Risk Assessments, Security Architecture Reviews, and Security Solution Designs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years in IT, Cybersecurity or Business Consulting
- 3+ years in a leadership role in cybersecurity
- CISSP or CISM, ITIL or COBIT, TOGAF and cloud certifications preferred
- English mandatory; German/French a plus
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks
- Strong knowledge of security technologies
