Overview
In this role, you lead the global data security strategy to protect sensitive data across IT, OT, and cloud environments. You will head the Data Security Team and collaborate with Data Governance, Legal, and IT to align with regulatory requirements. You’ll implement encryption, DLP, and key management, while driving risk assessments and incident response. You will shape data protection programs and elevate security awareness across the organization, contributing to a resilient, compliant data landscape.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Oversee global data security strategy and implementation across IT, OT, and cloud environments
- Lead data security labeling and access control initiatives in collaboration with Data Governance
- Manage encryption, DLP, and key management systems (e.g., PKI)
- Develop and enforce data protection strategies and GDPR/CCPA-aligned compliance
- Conduct regular risk assessments of data storage, processing, and transmission
- Collaborate with IT, legal, and business units to secure data across platforms
- Manage incident response for data breaches, including investigation and reporting
- Implement monitoring and auditing to track data access and usage
- Drive data security awareness and training programs across the organization
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in cybersecurity
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- CISSP or CISM preferred
- English required; German and French advantageous
- Strong knowledge of data security concepts and governance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience with data security technologies (DLP, cloud encryption, tokenization)
- Experience with cryptographic solutions and protocols (PKI, PGP, KMS, HSM)
- Ability to communicate to non-technical audiences and manage stakeholders
