Overview
In this role you own and evolve pricing strategy for BU AxM, shaping approaches through business drivers and market dynamics. You provide data-driven insights and tools to support management in pricing and quotations while maintaining a solid data foundation. You benchmark against external quotations, develop IT tools for pricing transparency, and manage lifecycle updates for spare parts. You collaborate cross-functionally to align pricing and quoting processes and contribute to market development in the Construction & Mining Machinery sector.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own and develop pricing strategy for BU AxM based on business drivers and market dynamics
- Provide data-driven insights, analyses and tools to shape pricing strategies and quotations
- Benchmark products and parts using external quotations to ensure competitive pricing
- Develop and implement IT tools for pricing transparency and understanding of pricing structures
- Monitor product lifecycle changes and manage regular pricing updates for spare parts
- Define and manage pricing for internal/external requests (new components, kits, projects)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, Controlling, Customer Service and Sales to align pricing structures, margins, and quotation processes
- Maintain the component-machine customer database and contribute to external market development and benchmarking within the Construction & Mining Machinery industry
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent
- Strong business acumen with understanding of pricing, margins, value propositions and market dynamics
- Good understanding of high-level hydraulic component features
- Experience in data analysis and market research with ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems and Power BI
- Structured, detail-oriented work style with strong analytical skills and clear stakeholder communication
- Fluent English with good knowledge of German and French
