Overview
In this role you drive the product strategy and portfolio for genset products within a matrix organization, focusing on profitability and lifecycle success. You translate customer and market needs into strategic roadmaps, conduct business cases, and analyze competitors to shape impactful product decisions. You will work cross-functionally to ensure KPI-driven improvements and stay ahead by monitoring industry developments. This is a hands-on, commercial-technical leadership role in a dynamic family business.

Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree in Engineering or Commercial with strong technical/commercial understanding
- >5 years in product management and/or business development in the Genset industry
- Strong knowledge of engines and gensets
- Excellent command of English and German (B2); French is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset
