Overview
In this role you drive the commissioning and upgrading of test benches for engines and hydraulic/aeronautical components, collaborating with production and development. You will shape requirements, design preliminaries, and oversee implementation from design to handover. You’ll support maintenance and work with suppliers to optimise start-up phases. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position in a family-run business in Bulle, offering room for ideas and development. You will contribute to a high-precision, engineering-focused environment that directly supports product performance and reliability.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Plan and manage projects for new build, overhaul, and upgrading of test benches for internal combustion engines, hydraulics, and aeronautical components
- Identify requirements; draft preliminary designs and specifications
- Oversee implementation and commissioning phases
- Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers; develop innovative solutions to optimise start-up
- Provide support during maintenance operations and preparation
Zentrale Anforderungen
- At least five years of experience in commissioning production facilities, ideally engine test benches or engine components
- Project management experience; knowledge of combustion engine technology or hydraulics is advantageous
- Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or process engineering; a technical qualification with relevant experience is acceptable
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office
- Good command of German or English; French a plus
