Overview
In this role you drive validation testing of engine components across development phases, translating test needs into structured cycles and overseeing result reporting. You collaborate with technicians and cross-functional teams to ensure robust validation, continuous improvement of test procedures, and transparent handling of deviations. Based in Bulle, you contribute to the center of excellence for combustion engines and hydraulic components within a dynamic, family-owned business.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Plan and manage tests in workshop and on test benches for engine component validation
- Analyze measurement results and report findings in standardized documents
- Validate and share reports with interdisciplinary teams
- Collaborate with component technicians and translate validation needs into test cycles
- Collect test requests and validation plans, adapt them with technical input
- Coordinate test planning and communicate deviations and blocking points
- Support problem resolution related to engine components
- Contribute to continuous improvement of test procedures and document standardization
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering
- solid experience in engine development or a relevant field
- advanced knowledge in combustion engines and DVPNr methodology
- MS Office, advanced ERP knowledge, data analytics and post-processing software
