This role will lead marketing for some of Germany's top national restaurant chains & grocery partners, creating joint marketing plans to drive awareness and orders.

You'll work on our biggest ambitions across multiple campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies managing projects end-to-end.

Lead and further develop the Strategic Partners Marketing Team (6 FTEs), driving multi-vertical partner activation, expansion, and commercial growth while ensuring efficient allocation of resources across key strategic initiatives.

Own and execute the annual and seasonal partner growth roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, including Head of Marketing, Head of Sales, Account Leads, and Country GM around a unified vision, business objectives, and go-to-market priorities.

Define and lead integrated marketing and business development strategies for key strategic partners, including REWE, Mc Donald’s, and Coca-Cola, establishing joint business plans that align partner objectives with company growth targets.

Collaborate across marketing, commercial, product, and channel teams to develop and execute 360° annual partner plans spanning ATL campaigns, promotions, CRM, digital activations, and targeted communications, leveraging data, technology, and creativity to maximize impact.

Develop campaign overview documents, strategic presentations, and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective execution across all partner marketing initiatives.

Monitor market developments, platform opportunities, and partner performance to identify new growth levers and accelerate marketing effectiveness.

Own campaign reporting, KPI tracking, sell-in forecasting, budget management, and performance analysis, using data-driven insights to optimize partner efficiency, inform future strategies, and maximize return on investment.

Proven experience in leading a multi-FTE Team including Junior-, Manager- & Senior Marketing Manager levels.

Proven experience in activating and supervising successful, insight-led marketing campaigns with clear goals, using tech, data and creativity to drive excellence.

Broad knowledge of the full marketing mix, including TV, OOH, PR, social media, PPC, CRM, and in-app/web promotions.

Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with both internal marketing teams and external account stakeholders based around respect and mutual support for success.

Expertise in creating multi-channel campaigns and building creative brand platforms with quality and impact across TTL (Through The Line) marketing.
