WHAT YOU DO

• You are the primary contact person for our clients such as Nespresso and manage complex projects from order placement to final handover
• As a (Junior) Project Manager, you will support the team with national and international campaigns and the client\’s globalised brand communication
• You are responsible for quality, budget control and scheduling in all phases of projects
• You act as an interface between external partners such as customers, production and suppliers – as well as internal colleagues from graphic design
• Your daily tasks include planning and organising logistics and implementing optimisation measures in collaboration with the production, logistics, development and buying departments

WHO YOU ARE

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or degree in the field of economics or in a technical field
• You have (initial) professional experience in project management or POS campaigns, including internships or as a working student
• You have a hands-on attitude and are happy to take on responsibility
• You have a strong assertiveness and work in a team-oriented manner
• You are interested in realising projects for international brands and retail companies
• Very good English and German language skills as well as very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel – ideally you also have initial experience in working with an ERP system
