To strengthen our dynamic team, we are looking for a Nurse or Healthcare Assistant (ASSC) at % in the North Vaud and Broye region on a fixed-term contract for a duration of 6 months.Your mission as a Nurse- Care, advice, and follow-up for patients undergoing psychosocial treatment- Support for patients and their families- Collaboration with doctors, hospitals, and home care services (CMS)- Management of patient files and reports to doctorsYour mission as a Healthcare Assistant (ASSC)Under the direct supervision of the referring caregiver:- Care, advice, and follow-up for patients undergoing treatment for sleep apnea (CPAP), respiratory support, and oxygen therapy with a medical device in the LPV premises or at the patient's home- Assessment of needs and psychosocial advice for patients and their families- Stock management, maintenance of devices, and participation in telephone reception and appointment management- Maintenance of patient files and reports to doctorsYour profile- Tertiary level HES or ES Nursing diploma or ASSC diploma- Comfortable with communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals- Knowledge of the Vaud socio-sanitary network: an asset- Interest in psychosocial counseling adapted to the clientele- Experience in home care- Good knowledge of care for respiratory treatments- Mastery of team tools- Ability to work autonomously, sense of organization- Residence in the canton of Vaud preferred- Driver's license and car essentialWe offer- Pleasant working environment and the opportunity to practice your profession autonomously, within a dynamic team dedicated to the mission of maintaining patients at home in the canton of Vaud- Active contribution within a non-profit organization working on public health issues- Work on 5 working days between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday), regular hours (no night or weekend work)- Limited telephone on-call duty, 1 to 2 times per year, without travel- Salary according to the salary scale of the collective labor agreement (CCT) of the parapublic health sector- Continuous training as well as structured support for the development of specialized skills- Participatory approachWe look forward to receiving your complete application by June 1st for a start date as soon as possible (or to be agreed upon).
