Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM Finance Consultant

We're exclusively working on this position with one of the most recognised Microsoft Dynamics partners in Germany.
They're looking to strengthen their D365 Finance team with an experienced functional consultant who can work confidently with customers, understand complex finance processes, and take ownership of solution design from requirements through to go-live.
This is not a role for someone who only knows the system. They want someone who understands finance, can challenge customer processes, and can turn business requirements into practical D365 solutions.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering D365 Finance implementation and rollout projects
- Running workshops with finance and accounting stakeholders
- Analysing business requirements and designing solutions
- Advising customers on finance processes and best practice
- Configuring and optimising D365 Finance
- Supporting projects from discovery through to go-live
- Working closely with customers, developers and wider project teams
What we're looking for
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / F&O experience
- Functional consulting background
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
- Experience working directly with customers
- Confident running workshops and gathering requirements
- Able to challenge existing processes and recommend better solutions
- Experience across implementation, rollout or transformation projects
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
