Chief Information Officer (CIO), Digital Transformation (Microsoft Dynamics 365) Location: Flexible / Hybrid The Role We’re looking for a CIO to take ownership of a global digital transformation. This isn’t keeping the lights on. This is stepping into a business that’s either mid transformation or about to go through one, and actually driving it. You’ll be responsible for rolling out and shaping Microsoft Dynamics 365 across multiple entities, countries, and business units. You’ll be dealing with real complexity. Different stakeholders, different regions, different ways of working, and bringing that into one direction. What You’ll Be Doing Owning the full IT and digital strategy across the business Leading international D365 programmes (CE, F&O, or Business Central) Driving transformation across finance, ops, and commercial functions Managing internal teams and external partners across multiple countries Bringing structure to systems, processes, and data across the group Working closely with the board, not just reporting into them Making decisions that actually impact how the business runs day to day What They Need You’ve led large-scale, multi-country transformations before Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or BC) Experience operating at CIO / IT Director / Transformation Lead level You understand both the tech and the business side, not just one Comfortable dealing with complexity, change, and pressure Experience managing partners, vendors, and internal teams Able to get buy-in from senior stakeholders across different regions Why It’s Worth a Conversation Proper ownership, not just a title Direct influence at board level Complex environment where you can actually make a difference Long-term play, not a short-term fix Package Strong base + bonus Long-term incentives Flexibility on location
