D365 CE Field Service Senior Consultant
Germany (Remote Based)
Our client is an established Microsoft Partner delivering Dynamics 365 solutions across complex customer environments and international transformation programmes.
As part of continued growth within their Dynamics 365 practice, they are looking to hire a Senior Consultant focused specifically around Dynamics 365 Field Service, working closely with enterprise customers on large scale implementations and service transformation initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
• Lead Dynamics 365 Field Service implementations across the full project lifecycle
• Deliver customer workshops, process analysis sessions and functional solution design activities
• Configure and optimise Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions based on customer requirements
• Work closely with customers to improve service operations, scheduling and field processes
• Collaborate with technical consultants, developers and project managers throughout implementations
• Support user adoption, training and ongoing optimisation of implemented solutions
• Stay up to date with Microsoft technologies and developments within the D365 ecosystem
• Travel within Germany for customer workshops and project activities when required
Your Profile
• Experience working with Dynamics 365 CE and Field Service
• Strong functional consulting background within Dynamics 365 environments
• Ability to understand customer processes and translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Comfortable leading customer workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Strong communication skills with a client-facing mindset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely within project teams
• Fluent German language skills are required
