The company places a high value on continuous development, offering structured training, certifications, and clear career growth paths for motivated consultants.Package: €60,000 – €80,000 (depending on experience) + BenefitsYour ResponsibilitiesSupport clients throughout the full project lifecycle of Dynamics 365 CRM – from requirements gathering and functional design to configuration, testing, rollout, and ongoing supportConfigure and adapt Dynamics 365 CRM/CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) to meet business needsTranslate business processes into system solutions, ensuring alignment between functional requirements and technical implementationAssist in developing and extending solutions on the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) to complement Dynamics 365 CRMAct as the main point of contact for users, providing training, documentation, and post-go-live guidance to encourage adoptionCollaborate with senior consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scopeYour Profile2-4 years of D365 CRM/CE experienceStrong knowledge of at least one CRM module (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing)Practical experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) is a strong plusAbility to understand business requirements, document processes, and configure CRM solutions accordinglyStrong communication and presentation skills with a client-facing mindset
