Job description

Join our dynamic team as a (Junior) Manager Corporate Finance, where you’ll play a key role in fundraising processes, company valuations, and M&A transactions. You’ll work with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, helping us drive strategic financial decisions and business growth.

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

• You will create and maintain detailed financial models, conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses, and support company valuations using various methods such as discounted cash flow models and comparable company analysis.
• You will design and prepare clear and precise presentations, pitch decks, and other materials for internal and external meetings, M&A transactions, and investor meetings.
• You will conduct market and competitive analyses to identify M&A opportunities.
• You will participate in due diligence processes for buy-side M&A transactions, as well as for equity fundraising and debt financing processes, analyzing and preparing financial data, contracts, and other relevant information.
• You will drive our availability of operational financing lines and support in managing our large network of stakeholders such as banks, insurance groups and leasing companies.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (a relevant business or finance Master degree is a strong plus)
• Relevant experience through internships or full-time employment in investment banking, consulting, private equity or venture capital
• Excellent Excel skills, particularly in financial modeling
• Excellent PowerPoint skills and the ability to present complex financial data clearly and concisely
• Good understanding of company valuation principles and M&A transactions
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyze financial data
• Excellent communication skills in English as well as in German and the ability to work effectively in a team
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
