You will be part of our people team at our headquarters in Munich, which currently consists of 12 enthusiasts where you are missing to complete the team. We are transforming our People Operations team towards a Business Partner & People Partner approach. That’s why we are looking for an ambitious and senior HR Business Partner who is eager to shape & drive this change with us.How you\’ll be hosting with heart:Serve as a strategic partner for and an important intermediary between the overall business & the departments within limehome.Align people strategies with overall business objectives based on the needs of the organization and its teams.Position yourself as the first contact person for your leaders and stay updated on team needs, strategic directions, and development areas to ensure profound and tailored support.Stay up to date on industry insights and people trends to provide informed guidance and strategic support, ensuring leaders have necessary information to drive their teams & limehome forward.Build close collaboration and alignment with other people subteams to ensure the smooth execution of initiatives and drive seamless operations within the people workforce.What you need to shoot for the stars:Proven experience as an HR Business Partner: You have a proven track record in a similar role, ideally in a growing, international company. Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment is highly preferred, and you are comfortable navigating fast-paced settings where you need to be both strategic and hands-on.Strategic and operational mindset: You have a deep understanding of business operations and strategy, as well as the role HR plays in driving organizational success. You excel at coaching and supporting leadership teams to implement strategic initiatives and continuously align people strategies with business goals.Project management expertise & data-driven approach: You bring exceptional project management skills and are able to work in a data-driven way. You can identify emerging trends and challenges early and proactively adjust people strategies to ensure continuous alignment with business objectives.Strong communication and consulting skills: You are able to provide proactive and solution-oriented guidance to limehome leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
