About the Partner Sales Manager role:
We are looking for an ambitious (Senior) Partner Sales Manager for our DACH region to run the strategic partnerships on the DACH market and drive revenue generation through partners. The mission of this role is to scale the partner recruitment and partner sales.
You will manage a set of existing Agicap partners and recruit new partners in order to enable the next growth stage of Agicap in Germany, Austria & Switzerland, enabling Agicaps growth to a 100M€+ ARR SaaS business.
The role reports to the Head of Partnerships DACH and works closely with our DACH Partner Managers.
What we're looking for:
- Graduate in Business Administration (Bachelor or Master)
- Fluent in German & English in a business setting
- Well-founded experience in sales of a SaaS product
- You are independent, confident, and creative in finding new strategic sales channels and revenue opportunities.
- You have a hands‑on mentality; ambitious goals motivate you to find creative and targeted approaches.
- You have strong communication skills that help you convince others and win them over to your projects.
