Personal Assistant to Business Unit Heads (m/f/d)

What you will enjoy doing

  • Proactively supporting the BU Heads in all office management matters, including calendar-management, correspondence and administrative tasks
  • Organizing and coordinating national and international meetings, workshops/ events (internal and external) with a focus on efficient communication methods
  • Planning and coordinating business trips, managing travel expense reports, and ensuring timely reimbursement
  • Assisting in the development and preparation of business documents and presentations, as well as specific team deliverables and projects
  • Developing of projects and special tasks, tracking and monitoring deadlines, and managing time records
  • Executing purchase orders and monitoring processes within SAP and other systems

What makes you great

  • Prior experience as an assistant in a similar organization, preferably with senior management experience (incl. proven ability to handle confidentiality and to communicate professionally with customers on a senior level)
  • Strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to anticipate potential issues before they arise
  • A calm and friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a positive charisma
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent computer skills, with a particular focus on MS Office (specifically PowerPoint) and SAP
  • A strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well in a multi-functional and globally structured team
