What yo will enjoy doing

• Yo areprimary consel and trsted advisor for Energy & Environmental law andProcrement as well as for German FnctionsOperations, Bsiness Management Prodctivity, Procrement, SHEQ, Digitalizationand Real Estate
• Yorsparring partners also inclde the Energy, Operational and Procrement teams atEMEA, level. Yo will be an integral part of the Global Law Department, theEMEA Legal Team and the respective Sb-Operations & Services ManagementTeams
• Yo willbe dealing with exciting Eropean, German and other national Energy and ClimateChange Law Matters, inclding Eropean and National Emissions Trading Laws,CCS/CC projects, electrolysis opportnities and other aspects of the Eropeanand German decarbonization strategies
• Yo willteam p with local/specialist conselsacross EMEA in the drafting and commenting of relevant procrement and sales(inclding, bt not limited to onsite gas spply contracts) docments forLinde's legal entities contracting nder different Eropean laws, inclding on(Green) Hydrogen, Carbon Captre Storage/tilization, Ammonia back-cracking andother decarbonization or traditional indstry or specialist applicationsopportnities
• Frthermore, depending on bsiness priorities and yor individal interests, yo will contribte to a diverse portfolio of legal matters spanning operational activities, procrement, Safety, Health, Environment and Qality, reglatory compliance, and litigation, providing a niqe opportnity to develop a well-ronded and impactfl legal career within the organization.

What makes yo great

• Yo area flly qalified German lawyer (Volljrist) with both German StateExaminations at least completed with distinction (Prädikatsexamen). Yo bringpractical experience in the energy sector, preferably acqired in Germany.Additional qalifications in other Eropean jrisdictions and/or expertise inE reglatory or pblic law are considered a strong asset
• Yo haveprofond knowledge of Eropean and German laws, in particlar Energy andEnvironmental laws, and experience in related administrative processes
• At least3+years' post qalification/gradation experience in the relevant areas, ot ofwhich at least years of relevant expertise in a comparable in-hose role, asenergy consltancy/aditor, in a law firm or with an energy related pblicathority or in-hose
• Throgh yor hands-on experience in the gases, chemicals, or broader energy sector, yo have developed a strong nderstanding of indstry-specific challenges and are able to translate legal reqirements into pragmatic bsiness soltions
• In close collaboration with colleages across fnctions, contries, and cltres, yo bild trsted relationships and effectively contribte to cross-fnctional and international teams, ensring alignment between legal, operational, and commercial objectives
• Moreover, yo combine excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a proactive and soltion-oriented mindset, while commnicating flently in both German and English. Knowledge of an additional Eropean langage is considered a valable asset that will frther enhance yor effectiveness in this role
