Responsibilities
- Responsible for strategic development and lifecycle management of the product portfolio in cryogenic equipment.
- Analyze market, customer, and competitor requirements to optimize product strategy and portfolio.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, project execution, procurement, and production to develop market‑oriented and competitive solutions.
- Contribute to product presentations and marketing materials and support product positioning toward customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage product development and improvement projects, evaluate product ideas through cost-benefit analyses, and support market roll-outs.
Qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in product management, sales, project management, or engineering, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Experience with cryogenic equipment or complex technical products is an advantage.
- Technical or engineering background enabling assessment of complex topics from a business perspective.
- Structured, analytical, self‑driven, with a proactive approach to advancing topics.
- Very good English skills required; knowledge of German is an advantage.
