In addition, you manage cross-border warehouse operations between Austria, Hungary and Serbia, ensuring synchronized workflows. You ensure the implementation, monitoring, and compliance with defined and communicated SHEQ objectives across the cluster. Furthermore, you steer continuous performance improvement through clearly defined KPIs, with a strong focus on efficiency gains and operational excellence. You take ownership of cross-functional and cross-country projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. You actively drive the digitalization of inventory planning and data-based warehouse steering. You identify and leverage synergies across the cluster, including working capital reduction. As part of your role, you lead and develop employees, fostering accountability, performance, and engagement. Lastly, you are responsible for CAPEX and OPEX planning, cost control, and financial governance within your area of responsibility. What Makes You Great You bring a commercial or technical education with a strong focus on logistics, materials management, or operations and you possess a solid background in business administration, enabling you to manage operational and financial requirements effectively. Moreover, you have proven experience in employee leadership, combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You have at least five to seven (5–7) years of relevant professional experience in a logistics, supply chain, or operations environment and you demonstrate strong IT skills, including MS Office, SAP, and the confident use of modern digital and AI-based applications. You are fluent in English (written and spoken), enabling you to communicate confidently and professionally in an international environment; having proficiency in one of the local Cluster languages (German, Hungarian, or Serbian) is a must. You bring a solid basic understanding of relevant standards, regulations, and technical rules. As part of your profile, you show strong moderation and presentation skills, enabling you to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders. You apply strong project and process management expertise to drive structured execution and sustainable continuous improvement.
