- You willshape and execute product strategies, especially for Hydrogen and Helium, todeliver profitable and sustainable growth
- Act as the virtual product profit and loss owner, optimizing pricing, costs, margins, availability and portfolio performance
- You willtranslate market, customer, supply and competitor insights into clearcommercial, investment and growth actions
- Lead the introduction and commercialization of strategic Hydrogen and Helium solutions, including low-carbon and renewable products, including performance of necessary audits
- You will identify, evaluate and commercialize new sourcing opportunitiesand supply concepts to strengthen competitiveness and security of supply
- You willprovide commercial guidance, pricing standards and decision support for newbusiness, contract renewals and major customer opportunities
- You willunite regional and global teams across Sales, Supply, Operations, Finance andTechnology and steer product allocation during supply disruptions
