Warehouse Manager Cluster Austria / Hungary / Serbia (m/f/d) What you will enjoy doing You drivethe centralization and harmonization of warehouse and logistics structuresacross the cluster to increase efficiency, transparency, and scalability In addition,you manage cross-border warehouse operations between Austria, Hungary and Serbia,ensuring synchronized workflows You ensure the implementation, monitoring, and compliance with defined andcommunicated SHEQ objectives across the cluster Furthermore,you steer continuous performance improvement through clearly defined KPIs, witha strong focus on efficiency gains and operational excellence You take ownership of cross-functional and cross-country projects, ensuringtimely and high-quality execution You actively drive the digitalization of inventory planning anddata-based warehouse steering Youidentify and leverage synergies across the cluster, including working capitalreduction As part ofyour role, you lead and develop employees, fostering accountability,performance, and engagement Lastly, youare responsible for CAPEX and OPEX planning, cost control, and financialgovernance within your area of responsibility What makes you great You bring acommercial or technical education with a strong focus on logistics, materialsmanagement, or operations and you possess a solid background in business administration, enabling you tomanage operational and financial requirements effectively Moreover,you have proven experience in employee leadership, combined with stronginterpersonal and communication skills You have atleast five to seven (5–7) years of relevant professionalexperience in a logistics, supply chain, or operations environment and youdemonstrate strong IT skills, including MS Office, SAP, and the confident useof modern digital and AI-based applications You arefluent in English (written and spoken), enabling you to communicate confidentlyand professionally in an international environment; having proficiency in oneof the local Cluster languages (German, Hungarian, or Serbian) is a must You bring a solid basic understanding of relevant standards, regulations, andtechnical rules As part ofyour profile, you show strong moderation and presentation skills, enabling youto communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders You applystrong project and process management expertise to drive structured executionand sustainable continuous improvement Why you will love working with us Linde Gas GmbH is one of the world's leading manufacturers of technical and medical gases, with about 330 employees in Austria generating sales of 286 million euros in 2024.
