Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) in Pullach

What you will enjoy doing

• You will shape and execute product strategies, especially for Hydrogen and Helium, to deliver profitable and sustainable growth
• Act as the virtual product profit and loss owner, optimizing pricing, costs, margins, availability and portfolio performance
• You will translate market, customer, supply and competitor insights into clear commercial, investment and growth actions
• Lead the introduction and commercialization of strategic Hydrogen and Helium solutions, including low-carbon and renewable products, including performance of necessary audits
• You will identify, evaluate and commercialize new sourcing opportunities and supply concepts to strengthen competitiveness and security of supply
• You will provide commercial guidance, pricing standards and decision support for new business, contract renewals and major customer opportunities
• You will unite regional and global teams across Sales, Supply, Operations, Finance and Technology and steer product allocation during supply disruptions

What makes you great

• You hold a university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline, with an advanced degree considered an advantage
• You bring extensive experience in Product Management, Sales or Marketing within the industrial gases industry or a comparable business-to-business environment
• A proven track record of developing and executing product, pricing and growth strategies demonstrates your ability to deliver sustainable business results
• You excel at leading complex cross-functional projects and managing multiple strategic priorities in a dynamic international environment
• Strong analytical skills, combined with deep market and product expertise, enable you to transform data into actionable business decisions
• You are an influential stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English, enabling effective collaboration across international teams
