Senior Controller (m/f/d)

• You are responsible for the financial forecasting, planning & reporting process of Linde Engineering Headquarters, including annual cost center and hourly rates planning.
• You act as a business partner for LEHQ’s discipline heads and business units as well as the Engineering Leadership Team.
• You monitor, analyze, report, and comment on the financial performance of LEHQ’s disciplines, focusing on project and chargeability controlling, hourly rates planning, and fixed cost coverage.
• You enhance standards, procedures, processes, and tools (such as SAC, SAP S4 / Hana, Business Warehouse) to improve financial reporting and planning at LEHQ.

What makes you great

• You hold an academic degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or similar (master or equivalent).
• You have one to three (1-3) years of experience as a Controller within a controlling, accounting, or finance department of an internationally operating company.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of German is advantageous.
• You possess excellent analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Your interpersonal and communication skills facilitate collaboration across functions and seniority levels.
• You are an expert in MS Office, with knowledge of Power Query, Pivot, BI, Tableau / SAC, VBA being advantageous.
• Expertise in SAP applications (BI, S4, GR) is advantageous.
