Support our team starting as soon as possible Senior Regional EU Health & SafetyManager (m/w/d) Location: Vienna & Gloggnitz (hybrid) Senior Regional EU Health & Safety Manager (m /w /d) Location: Vienna & Gloggnitz (hybrid) WhatYou'llDo: * Support the development and global deployment of the Health & Safety Management System, adapting it for regional needs, governance, KPIs, and tools. * Develop, review, and validate technical safety standards, guidance documents, and performance frameworks. * Build and lead a global stakeholder network to assess current practices, identify gaps, and define future H&S requirements. * Define regional competency, capacity, and resource needs to ensure sustainable implementation of the H&S Management System. * Coach and train leaders and teams on new standards, provide front-line technical support, and drive continuous improvement in H&S performance. What You Bring: * Several years of professional experience, including frontline FMCG or manufacturing environments, with strong exposure to regional or global H&S systems. * Proven expertise in one or more key H&S risk domains and experience deploying behavioral-based safety programs to drive sustainable cultural change. * Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a track record of collaborating across functions, cultures, and matrixed or decentralized organizations. * Highly adaptable, open to evolving responsibilities as programs move from design to execution, with readiness for significant regional travel (40-60%). * Fluent in English;
