What You Bring: * Several years of professional experience, including frontline FMCG or manufacturing environments, with strong exposure to regional or global H&S systems. * Proven expertise in one or more key H&S risk domains and experience deploying behavioral-based safety programs to drive sustainable cultural change. * Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a track record of collaborating across functions, cultures, and matrixed or decentralized organizations. * Highly adaptable, open to evolving responsibilities as programs move from design to execution, with readiness for significant regional travel (40-60%). * Fluent in English; additional languages (German, Italian, or French) preferred for EU-based roles.
