Senior Cost Manager - Life Sciences Construction (m/f/d)

As a Senior Cost Manager at Linesight , you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and talented teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. You will gain vast industry experience that will open doors for you, extend your skillset and expand your perspective.

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

1. Support the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparency.
2. Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership.
3. Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including the handling of any claims to ensure the client gets best value from works undertaken.
4. Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
5. Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication.
6. Actively participate in the tender process—from initial tender documentation through analysis and reporting.

We would love to hear from you if you:

1. Have extensive experience as a Cost Manager within Pharma or Life Sciences.
2. Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects.
3. Are fluent in English and German languages, both orally and written.
4. Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines.
