Introduction
As an Executive Assistant supporting our company’s co-founders, Khwan and Simon, in both their professional and private lives, your mission is to provide seamless, efficient, and proactive administrative support that enables our co-founders to focus on high-leverage tasks. You will expertly manage communication channels, coordinate schedules, and oversee essential logistical tasks. You are driven by a passion for clear communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence and you will uphold the company\’s core values.
Responsibilities
- Manage Slack and email communication for Khwan and Simon
- Manage calendar and appointments for Khwan and Simon (both professional and private)
- Administrative Tasks: Book flights, plan travels, venue coordination, buy items, etc. (both professional and private) – potentially with the help of our existing virtual assistant
- Shadow Khwan and Simon and summarize meetings
- Gain a deep understanding of the company’s business operations to help you work more effectively
- Provide general administrative support to other team members, when necessary
- Monitor and track both business and personal bank accounts, and prepare financial reports for monthly review
- In the future: Help planning Khwan and Simon’s week and make sure they do what is highest leverage for the company
Requirements
- Fluent in English (required) and Thai (required), with impeccable communication skills
- 2+ years experience in high-level executive assistance
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven proficiency and confidence in remote work environments
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion

- Based in or near Chiang Mai (preferred)

- A proactive problem-solver, spotting and solving issues before they arise
- Self-driven, comfortable working independently without constant direction
- Skilled in utilizing productivity tools like ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.
