We are looking for a Logistics Manager to expand our Team in Europe.
Responsibility Plan and manage transportation routes for tires and raw materials across Europe including Linglongs Factories.
Develop and manage logistics and warehousing resources, including tendering, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and third-party warehouses.
Manage logistics service providers, including KPI monitoring, performance reviews, and commercial negotiations.
Analyze logistics performance and costs and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
Develop and implement logistics standards, processes, policies, and procedures across Europe.
Manage import/export and customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Identify and resolve logistics and delivery issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Coordinate and support customer audits related to logistics and customs processes.
International Business Trips on a regular basis.
