We are currently seeking a B2C Finance Business Partner (all genders) based in Berlin or remote. Your mission:

1. Collaborate with B2C teams to monitor financial performance, provide insights, forecast trends, and analyze data to guide strategic decisions.
2. Analyze product and regional performance, identifying improvement areas in segments like Demand Generation, Product, Data, Engineering, Teaching, and Curriculum.
3. Support OKR setting for orders, revenue, and profitability.
4. Drive continuous improvement within the department and measure performance against goals.
5. Assist in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on revenue, margins, and OPEX.
6. Build relationships across the B2C value chain to enhance information sharing and customer satisfaction.
7. Balance segment perspectives in forecasts, highlighting business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
8. Provide data-driven insights and produce operational reports.
9. Maintain transparent reporting and recommend strategies to management.
10. Ensure financial accuracy at market and regional levels according to standards.
11. Strengthen stakeholder relationships and ensure clear financial communication.
12. Develop decision-support performance metrics for the B2C organization.

You bring to Lingoda :

• A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales controlling within international Tech, eCommerce, or Logistics companies.
• Proficiency in English (C1) and willingness to learn a Lingoda language (B1).
• Experience with MS Office / G-Suite and Business Intelligence tools like Tableau.
• Strong communication, analytical, and business skills, with a structured work approach.
