Sales Engineer / Customer Success Manager Contract
We are a SaaScompany and help software companies from all over the world to internationalize their products. Our customers, such as Spotify, Esports League, Universal, and many more have relied on LingoHub's translation tool for years.
Responsibilities
Build, maintain and grow relationships with new product signups, current trial users, and existing customers.
Demonstrate technical expertise in product demonstrations and customer onboardings.
Act as the first touch point for users, deeply understand their problems, needs, wishes and create solutions.
Support a diverse global client base from small startups to leading enterprises.
Develop a deep understanding of our software and contribute ideas for improvements to product roadmap, help center and other content assets.
Coordinate feature requests, customer bugs and requirements within the team.
Qualifications
IT experience and technical background.
Solid technical knowledge of current web technologies, frameworks and programming languages.
Fluent written and spoken English skills.
Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
Great troubleshooting skills.
Eager to learn, develop new skills and try new tools.
