As Frontend Developer with a keen eye for UI/UX design, you will work closely with both the engineering and marketing team to optimize the user experience across our platform, improve SEO, and enhance conversion rates. You will play an active role in developing, prototyping, and implementing solutions based on data from A/B testing and user feedback.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend components and interfaces using Vue 3, PrimeVue, and Tailwind CSS.
• Implement designs and interactive features that improve user experience and conversion, collaborating with the marketing team to optimize for SEO and user engagement.
• Collaborate with the design team using Figma for prototyping, design feedback, and maintaining our design system.
• Work with Neos CMS to build and manage content structures and templates that balance user needs with SEO optimization.
• Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of UI/UX improvements, analyzing and implementing results to optimize the conversion funnel.
• Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and usability across all pages and components.
• Actively participate in design discussions, providing insights to improve the user journey and conversion strategies.

What you bring along

As this position requires regular presence in Germany, a current residence in Germany is necessary. In addition, candidates must hold a valid work authorization for Germany, either through EU citizenship or an EU Blue Card.

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development, with a solid understanding of Vue 3, PrimeVue, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience and familiarity with content management systems, ideally with Neos.
• Proven experience working in UI/UX design, including usability best practices and user-centered design.
• Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and collaboration, with experience maintaining design systems.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Strong skills in responsive and accessible design principles.
• Familiarity with performance optimization for frontend applications.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of modern frontend build tools and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with A/B testing and analyzing test data to drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
