Job Purpose
To manage and execute projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they meet client requirements, are delivered on time, and adhere to budget constraints.
Key Administrative Responsibilities
- Ensure invoicing in a timely manner.
- Monitor, manage and track client Region Age Debt.
Key Direct Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage resource allocation.
- Coordinate with account managers, creative teams, and other stakeholders.
- Track project progress, adjust schedules as needed, and resolve issues.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with client expectations.
- Process orders and timely invoices.
- Produce accurate customer quotations and ensure quality samples and artwork for proposals.
- Communicate order status to all departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Develop and maintain accurate, legible customer files.
- Submit all requested reports including but not limited to customer meeting reports, forecasts, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
