Overview:

As the Regional Operations Director, you will oversee the operations of multiple properties in Germany, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance. This role requires a proactive and visionary leader committed to maintaining the highest standards across all areas of operation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with General Managers to drive a cohesive, high-performing culture across all locations.
2. Develop and manage budgets, forecast performance, and implement strategies to exceed financial targets.
3. Oversee F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and event spaces, focusing on innovation and excellence.
4. Work with cross-functional teams to enhance brand value and customer loyalty.
5. Analyze guest feedback and implement solutions to elevate service quality.
6. Lead new property openings, ensuring operational readiness and alignment with brand standards.
7. Recruit and develop top talent, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
8. Innovate within F&B operations, enhancing menus, beverage programs, and event concepts.
