The RoleAs a Mid-Market Account Executive, you\’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for mid-sized organisations across the DACH region. You’ll work to close new business, expand existing accounts, and deliver real value to clients in one of Cybersecurity’s hottest companies.What You’ll Be Doing:Own the full sales cycle – from initial discovery through to negotiation and closeTarget mid-sized accounts across DACH with a consultative, solution-led approachCollaborate with SDRs and marketing to drive a strong pipelineDeliver compelling demos and value propositions tailored to customer pain pointsWork cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term valueAccurately forecast and exceed quarterly quotasWhat Success Looks Like: Establishing trusted relationships with mid-market decision-makers and becoming a key contributor to regional / European ARR growth.What You’ll Bring:2+ years of full-cycle closing experience in SaaS (ideally in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or complex B2B solutions)Strong track record of hitting or exceeding quota in mid-market salesFluent in German and English (both written and spoken)Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsSelf-starter with the discipline to thrive in a remote-first, high-performance environmentPlease Note: Due to high application volumes, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 7 days.
