Responsibility:Category Management: Lead purchasing and sales activities for the Sports category.Performance Ownership: Drive gross profit margin (GPM) and gross merchandise value (GMV) for assigned categories. Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.Sales Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, including pricing structures and promotional campaigns.Procurement Negotiations: Identify and engage with potential partners, manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and cost efficiencies, validate fees, and ensure accurate data maintenance.Product Selection: Curate and select category-specific products that align with consumer demand and usage scenarios.Resource Coordination: Collaborate with international supply chain teams to secure necessary resources and support.Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze sales and procurement data to identify trends, propose improvements, and enhance gross profit margins.RequirementsExperience: At least 5 years of e-commerce experience in Sports category.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Sports category with strong market insights and proven purchasing expertise.Network: Established relationships within the Sports network in Europe.Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities, data sensitivity, and logical thinking.
