This executive role will shape and lead the company\’s international people strategy across APJ, India, EMEA, the Middle East, and the Americas, while overseeing all HR operations at HQ in Germany.Key Focus Areas:Design and execute a global HR strategy that supports growth and transformationLead regional HR teams and ensure local compliance, including Works Council engagement in GermanyDrive organizational change, scalable HR infrastructure, and inclusive cultureLead talent development, succession planning, and total rewards strategyDesired Skills and Experience* Proven global HR leadership in transformation, M&A, or spin-off environments* Expertise in German labour law and international employment practices* Strong stakeholder influence, cultural agility, and hands-on leadership* Fluency in English (German preferred)If you\’re a strategic and people-first HR leader ready to make an impact, we\’d love to hear from you.
