Legal Counsel – Temporary PositionLocation: Munich (Hybrid)Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel with expertise in commercial and contract law to support their centralised legal team near Munich. This temporary role is part of a global organisation focused on sustainable, circular economy solutions.Key Responsibilities:Advise group entities and departments on commercial and contract law.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (e.g., MSAs, NDAs, procurement, M&A).Provide clear legal recommendations for strategic decisions.Support implementation of LegalTech tools.Maintain legal policies, templates, and documentation.Collaborate on cross-functional and international projects.Liaise with external legal advisors.Your Profile:Fully qualified German lawyer (1st & 2nd State Exams).Several years\‘ experience in private practice or in-house legal roles.Solid knowledge of commercial/contract law and corporate compliance.Data protection experience is a plus.Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.Proactive and solution-oriented, with interest in sustainability.Fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus.Proficient in MS Office.What We Offer:A meaningful role in a mission-driven, growing company.Hybrid working and flexible hours.30 vacation days and global \“workation\“ option.Childcare and pension contributions.On-site perks: discounted meals, fitness studio, free parking with EV charging.Ongoing training and development opportunities.
