It will be your responsibility to support your team and ensure a smooth customer journey.Day To Day?Developing team sales and profit margin targets with the German Country ManagerOutlining and implementing strategiesIdentifying new sectors and opportunitiesResponsible for achieving both turnover and profit margin targetsResponsible for recruiting and management of necessary staff as the team growsProspecting and pitching to new clients in GermanyDeveloping proposals and negotiating contract termsOnboarding new clients and setting them up on the platformBuilding and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clientsContributing to marketing activitiesAbout You:Proven successful record in B2B sales within the automotive industryKnowledge of Automotive OEMs and Dealer Groups is a mustComfortable working with multinational teams (some proficiency in French would be a bonus)Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong ability to multi-taskProficiency in the use of platforms and software including Excel, PowerPoint, Google tools etcAbility to work autonomously in a fully remote environmentA high degree of self-motivation and perseveranceEntrepreneurial mindset, prepared to put in the hard work, focus and commitment.
