This is a hands-on role focused on developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade ML models that power key product features. You’ll work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to build intelligent solutions that solve real-world supply chain challenges.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable ML models for production useCollaborate with product and data teams to define modelling goals and success metricsPreprocess and analyse structured and unstructured dataDevelop training pipelines, model validation processes, and evaluation frameworksDeploy models using containerisation tools (e.g. Docker) and cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, GCP)Monitor performance and continuously improve model accuracy and efficiencyWrite clean, reproducible, and well-documented codeRequirements:6 years + experience with Python and ML libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch)Proficiency in data manipulation using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQLExperience training and deploying ML models in a production environmentSolid understanding of ML concepts including feature engineering, cross-validation, and model evaluationFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container tools (Docker, Kubernetes)Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaborativelyDesirable:Experience working with supply chain or procurement dataExposure to NLP techniques (e.g. text classification, embeddings, transformers)Experience with MLOps tools and model monitoring solutionsBackground in computer science, data science, applied maths, or a related fieldWhat’s on Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageFlexible working hours and a remote-friendly cultureA collaborative, supportive team environmentOpportunities for career development and skill-buildingA chance to make a meaningful impact at a forward-thinking company
