Your Profile:Lead and manage consulting projects, focusing on identifying emerging business opportunities and client needs.Drive the acquisition of new consulting engagements and develop innovative approaches for optimizing IT systems, blending traditional and agile organizational models and methods.Provide expert guidance on improving IT governance, organizational structures, and sourcing strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and enhancing overall efficiency and risk management.Support client interactions, including preparing presentations, proposals, and conducting research and analysis on current industry topics.Contribute to the internal development of the consulting practice, supporting knowledge-sharing and skills enhancement within the team.Your Experience:Master\’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).A minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on strategic transformation in IT at the executive level.Solid understanding of IT management, governance frameworks, and industry best practices (e.g., COBIT, ITIL).Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and process improvement techniques (e.g., Lean Management).Openness to occasional travel for business engagements.Fluency in both English and German (or other relevant languages).
