At Dogo, we’re building an amazing product that helps dog parents train their pups effectively—with over 10 million users and multiple featurings as App of the Day in 195+ countries.We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to craft engaging ad content that powers our paid social campaigns and brand storytelling. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and performance—ideating, scripting, directing, and producing both video and static creatives that drive real results.You’ll have ownership of the full creative pipeline—from initial concepts to final assets—and collaborate with creators, designers, and marketers to push boundaries and continuously level up our creative game.This is a chance to work on one brand, but in endless creative ways.What You’ll Do:Create performance-focused video and static ads for paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, etc.)Develop new concepts, write scripts, and collaborate with UGC creatorsEdit and finalize videos to align with brand goals and performance insightsActively research competitor creatives and trends to inspire new approachesContribute to design projects, including illustrations, brand visuals, and marketing collateralTest and iterate on creative ideas based on performance metrics and feedback from the marketing and product teamsCollaborate cross-functionally with the marketing and product teamsWork with a junior designer together on developing new conceptsMaintain and evolve the visual language of the brandBe a creative self-starter, always exploring ways to improve storytelling and ad performanceWhat We’re Looking For:2+ years of experience in creative roles (agency, brand, or startup)Strong background in video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut)Solid graphic design skills and Adobe Creative Suite proficiencyFamiliarity with working with AI toolsFamiliarity with the creative process for paid media (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) and how creative impacts performanceExperience working with UGC or directing external content creators is a big plusCurious mindset—you’re always researching trends, analyzing ads, and testing new ideasOrganized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlinesA portfolio that shows both your creative thinking and execution across different formatsFluent English (written and spoken)And of course—bonus points if you’re a dog person đŸ¶Why Join Dogo?Honest, feedback-driven, ownership-based cultureRemote-first team across Berlin, Porto, Vilnius, and Kaunas—with an open office optionCompetitive salary and virtual stock optionsBudget for books, training, and professional growthRegular team events in different citiesFlexible vacation policy
