Senior Application Security Engineer

A Software Development Company in the green-technology sector is looking to grow their security team with a Senior Application Security Engineer in Berlin.You will report directly into the CISO and work alongside a security team of 10 people.The security team is growing rapidly and you will have access to greenfield projects and be able to own projects from end-to-end. With support from a talented security leader who encourages collaboration, challenging the status-quo and drives change.Responsibilities of the position will include designing the S-SDLC, implementing application security procedures, securing CICD pipelines, designing threat modelling, educating developers on secure coding and integrating SAST, DAST and SCA.This is a very key hire for the business and ideally you will have a knowledge of Cloud Security (GCP/Azure), container security, on-premise infrastructures and have strong expertise within OWASP Top 10 and NIST security standards.Offering a highly competitive salary, a flexible hybrid working model and a strong training & development package.
