Senior Associate - Real Estate Asset Management, Retail (International)

As a global asset manager, the mission is to work in partnership with their clients to create outcome-focused solutions to help them secure their financial future.Key responsibilities will include:Responsibility for the performance and the operating management of portfolio(s).Support investment introductions (due diligence and approval processes)Develop and implement strategic business plans for each assetOrganize handover processes for acquisitionsAnnual business planning (incl. operational budgets)Analyze performance and identify strategic value enhancement potentialetc.Qualifications & Experience Required:Have significant professional industry experience, ideally in the asset/fund management sectorNetwork with leading German and international retailers and sector specialistsGood knowledge of the Real Estate marketPortfolio management skills with proven ability to asset managementEnjoy working in an international workplace with multi-cultural teamsetc.
