Vice President Investment Banking

We are currently searching for an M&A Vice President for a well-known Boutique Investment Bank in Frankfurt.Key responsibilities include:Leading the execution of complex M&A transactionsManaging and mentoring junior team members (Analysts and Associates)Overseeing the preparation of marketing materials and client presentationsTaking ownership of financial modelling and valuation workstreamsBuilding and maintaining client relationships alongside senior leadershipTo be considered, candidates should demonstrate the following:Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier universityMinimum 4-6 years of M&A experience, ideally from a top-tier Investment Bank or BoutiqueStrong track record in deal execution across sectorsExcellent technical and modelling skills (DCF, LBO, Merger models, etc.)Full professional fluency in GermanProven leadership ability and team management skillsIf this opportunity isn’t the right fit, feel free to follow Moonwalk Recruitment Solutions on LinkedIn for similar roles.
