What You\’ll Do: Manage and support the internal ICT infrastructure. Being an operational part of the IT Change Management. Provide technical 2nd level support to employees across various branches, both on-site and remotely. Lead IT infrastructure and cloud migrations projects. Ensure smooth IT service management, including service requests, incident management, and problem-solving. Optimize and automate IT processes, constantly striving for improvement. Handle IT procurement and manage the inventory of hardware, software, and other ICT-related assets. Support IT security by assisting with technical incident responses. Ensure the implementation of and adherence to internal IT policies Ensure Quality Control and Assurance procedures are consistent with Infrastructure specifications, client requirements and corporate policies. Perform reviews and/or Root Cause Analysis on production systems failures, formulate corrective action plans, ensure corrective actions are implemented, and track their effectiveness. What We’re Looking For: At least 10 years of experience in administration and support of MS Windows-based client-server landscapes. Hands-on experience with IT hardware and software support, installation and maintenance of endpoints, and network infrastructure administration. Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), including Incident, Problem and Change Management. A degree in an IT-related field. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Proficiency in written and spoken English At least 5 years of experience in managing and administering M365 environments In-depth knowledge of M365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other M365 applications. Excellent knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID in a hybrid setup Excellent knowledge of managing, securing and governing identities, devices and applications in Entra ID In-depth knowledge of networking and security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and network protocols. Experience with Microsoft Defender, ideally Microsoft Sentinel. Skills That Make You Stand Out: A meticulous approach to IT processes, ensuring high standards are maintained.
